Really nice rich flavours and very authentic taste. really worth following the website guidance on good quality coconut milk for the best results. My only criticism is that the pouches are suitable for about 1 meal for 2 people, so could be bigger.

Made a red Thai curry using my Thai curry paste and it was right on the spot especially as my wife is very fussy around curry’s and thought it was great. Can’t wait to make my next my Thai curry.

Jungle Curry is terrific, but don’t have a go at it unless you can handle the heat.
Tastes come through strongly and the use of quality Fish along with a range of other topical vegetables made our meal as if we had gone out to a traditional Thai Restaurant.

This is now one of my favourite pastes which I mad with chicken. It as lots of authentic thia flavours and abit of a chilli kick but not too strong. I would definitely buy this again. I also made this the day before I needed it the taste was 100%
I used to buy jars from supermarkets with thai curries but was never impressed as I could never recreate the tastes I experienced when I travelled to Thailand. Then I found these and would never go back to supermarket curries. These are exceptional and so easy to use. Love them!
